- How do I place an order?
- Placing an order is as easy as ever! Think of us as any other commerce platform; simply add the products to your cart and checkout using our simple checkout process. Any problems should be addressed to help@legend.supply
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major forms of payments. We currently do not provide Net payment options, but if you need to purchase via a PO or have additional questions, please email us at orders@legend.supply
Shipping and Delivery
What are your shipping options and costs?- We keep it simple; Free shipping on EVERY ORDER. Yes, that includes freight shipments.
- Please allow up to 5 day handling time plus transit time for your product to arrive. Freight shipments may have an additional 1-2 day handling time. For additional questions regarding shipping times, please email us at help@legend.supply
- At this time we only ship to the Continental United States. For additional queries, please email us at help@legend.supply
- Tracking your order is easy; simply log into your account using the email used for the purchase. If an account doesn't exist, you can create a new one and the order will automatically migrate into your account. Information such as order status and tracking numbers can be found in your account.

- LEGEND Supply offers a 30-day guarantee on each and every order. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return the product(s) for a full refund. LEGEND's got your back.

- When can I expect a refund for my return?
- Refunds are issued as soon as the order is returned. It may take up to 5 days for your bank to process the refund.
- Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
